📦 When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. We pack them fast so you can vibe faster. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it’s headed your way.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes about 3–5 business days in the U.S. Expedited options available at checkout if you're in a pickle(ball).

📬 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.—but international vibes are coming soon. Stay tuned!

🎁 What’s your return policy?

Not feeling the fit? No worries. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at crew@pibe.life to start a return.

🧼 How do I clean my paddle/towel/hat?

• Pickleball paddles: Wipe with a damp cloth. Don’t dunk it in the pool—trust us.
• Beach towels: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. They’re built to last.
• Hats: Spot clean only. Preserve that crisp look.

🏓 Are your paddles USAPA approved?

Yes. Our Icon Series paddles (Siesta and Paradise) are USA Pickleball-approved and tournament-ready. You bring the skills—we’ll bring the gear.

👯 Do you sell couples sets or bundles?

We do! Check out our Couples Paddle Pack – one for you, one for your partner, both with major vibe points.
